Requires a Spam Filter for Full Continuity
Full StrataMail Email Continuity — including webmail access during outage events — requires a spam filter configured to route to StrataMail when your primary mail server is unreachable (Config A or Config B).
If you have SpamWeeder Premium, Proofpoint, Mimecast, Barracuda, or Microsoft Defender, you are already set. StrataMail is configured as the alternate delivery destination inside your filter — the filter handles the failover trigger.
