Program Overview
The StrataMail Reseller Program is built around four reseller-priced product lines. Each operates as a standalone service line you can resell independently, or you can bundle them under a single brand. Every product line includes a white-labeled admin control panel and (where applicable) white-labeled end-user portals branded with your logo, colors, and company name.

How the Program Works
- Apply — submit the reseller account application. We review and approve qualifying partners.
- Onboard — configure your brand assets (logo, colors, support URL) in your reseller admin portal.
- Provision — add customer domains and mailboxes through the portal. Per-domain provisioning, no minimum commit per customer.
- Bill your customers directly at the rate you set. We invoice you monthly at reseller tier pricing.
- Support tier — dedicated reseller support channel for technical escalations.

- Is there a setup fee or platform fee?
- Per-product setup fees apply at provisioning. There is no recurring platform fee — you pay only for the active reseller tier and any overages.
- Can I resell only one service line, or do I have to bundle?
- Each service line stands alone. Resell continuity only, backup MX only, SpamWeeder only, or any combination. There is no requirement to take the full stack.
- How is white-label branding configured?
- After onboarding, you upload your logo, set your primary brand color, and configure your support URL and sender address in the reseller admin portal. Branding applies across the admin panel, end-user Roundcube webmail, and outage alert emails.
- Do I bill my customers, or do you bill them?
- You bill your customers directly at your own rate. We invoice you monthly at the reseller tier rate — your customers never see our pricing or our brand.
- What support is included?
- Resellers get a dedicated support channel for technical escalations. End-user support to your customers is your responsibility under your brand — we back you on the infrastructure side.
- Can I migrate existing customers in mid-month?
- Yes. Provisioning is per-domain on demand. New domains added mid-cycle are prorated. There is no minimum commitment per customer.
