Our Knoxville Tier 2 datacenter provides cost-effective colocation with flexible carrier options for customers who need reliable secondary hosting, disaster recovery, or geographic diversity.
With partnerships across multiple fiber providers, we negotiate competitive bandwidth pricing and service terms on your behalf—allowing you to focus on your infrastructure while we handle the connectivity.
Connectivity & Carrier Options
We maintain partnerships with multiple fiber providers at or near our facility, giving you flexibility in bandwidth pricing, IP allocation, and service terms.
Our carrier partners include LCUB, WOW, AT&T, Windstream, Iris Network, and Xfinity/Comcast.
LCUB (Knoxville Utilities Board)
Municipal fiber network offering competitive bandwidth pricing with low-latency local access. Currently our most cost-effective option for high-bandwidth deployments.
WOW (WideOpenWest)
We own IP addresses on the WOW network, enabling us to provide generous IP allocation at $10/month per IP—ideal for multi-server deployments and hosting clusters.
AT&T
Enterprise-grade fiber with nationwide reach
Windstream
Regional fiber provider with competitive pricing
Iris Network
Local fiber infrastructure options
Xfinity/Comcast Business
Broad coverage with flexible deployment options
Bring Your Own Carrier
Cross-connect fees apply for customer-arranged circuits

Colocation Requirements
We maintain clear technical and operational requirements to ensure facility stability and security for all customers.
Firewall/Security Device: A customer-provided firewall, router, or UTM is required. Direct server-to-public-IP exposure is not permitted.
Power Disclosure: All equipment must disclose estimated or measured power consumption (watts or amps at 110V).
GPU Disclosure: GPU or high-draw PCIe configurations must be reported for cooling and power planning.
Tower Hardware: Towers require shelves, airflow clearance, and cable radius, and are typically planned as ~8U.
Connectivity Terms: Carrier circuits require commitment contracts—we negotiate terms on your behalf.
