Virtual CPU cores
Pick vCPU count from the configurator. Mail processing for hundreds of users is CPU-bound during peak delivery; right-size based on your expected concurrent load.
Server memory (RAM)
More RAM means more cache for active mailboxes and faster searches. The configurator shows pricing tiers; pick by user count and search-heaviness.
Total server storage
No per-mailbox cap. Allocate storage by user as your business dictates -- some users need 5GB, others need 50GB. The total pool is yours to manage.
Spam filtering choice
Add SpamWeeder Premium (per domain), VIPRE Email Security (per user), or Proofpoint Essentials (per user) directly from the configurator. Or use your existing filter.
Email Continuity (Backup MX)
Optional Backup MX from the configurator. Incoming mail spools at our edge during any primary outage and delivers when service returns.
Hybrid Email Routing
Optional Hybrid Email Routing Gateway lets you split a single domain between StrataMail and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace -- useful for cost optimization and gradual migration.
White-label for MSPs and IT firms
On the VPS tier you can run a branded webmail interface, branded quarantine portal, and branded admin experience under your own domain.
