- Minimum 10 users. Smaller teams are better served by SpamWeeder Premium, which is priced per domain rather than per seat.
- The rate drops as seat count rises. Volume breaks are applied automatically at each band in the matrix below — you do not need to ask for them.
- Setup is charged once, not per user, and it is shown per band in the setup table below.
- Switching is an MX record change. Filtering runs in front of your existing mail platform, so mailboxes, addresses, and mail clients stay exactly where they are.
- Six plan levels, from Business to Professional+. If you are unsure which one you need, the side-by-side comparison lays out what each adds.

Includes 30-Day Outage Spooling
If Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or your mail server goes down, Proofpoint holds inbound mail for 30 days and gives your users a webmail portal to read and send from until the primary system returns. Queued mail is delivered automatically on recovery.
Note the limit: that portal is browser-based. Outlook and phone mail apps stay down for the duration. If you need Outlook and mobile to keep working through an outage, that is StrataMail Continuity, which adds a shadow mailbox with full IMAP and SMTP.
