FuseMail pricing: what it costs now that it is VIPRE
Short answer: FuseMail SecureSMART pricing is now VIPRE Email Security pricing, and the plan names changed with it.
Current rates, the full seat ladder and a working calculator are on the VIPRE pricing page.
Mapping the old plans to the new ones
FuseMail was sold as an inbound-only tier, an inbound-and-outbound tier, and a Cloud tier that added continuity. The current structure is simpler:
- Essentials Inbound Only replaces the old inbound-only tier. Inbound filtering, fourteen-day replay, seven-day spool.
- Email Cloud is the closest match to the old Cloud tier, and now includes ninety days of continuity in the plan rather than as an add-on.
- Total Email Protection is new. It adds API-native defence inside Microsoft 365 on top of gateway filtering, which the FuseMail line did not offer.
Phishing Protection and Encryption, previously ClickSMART and EncryptSMART, are still add-ons priced per user.
What it costs
Rates are per user and drop as seat count rises, across seven bands. Rather than restate numbers here that would drift out of date, the live matrix and a calculator are on the VIPRE Email Security pricing page. Click any price in that matrix and it loads straight into the calculator.
If you are an existing FuseMail customer being billed elsewhere and want it managed properly, the transfer is an MX change and we handle it. Tell us your seat count and which tier you are on and we will tell you what it would cost here.
The rest of the FuseMail family
Everything under the SMART naming was renamed at the same time: SecureSMART is VIPRE Email Security, ClickSMART is Phishing Protection, EncryptSMART is Encryption, and ContinuitySMART is the continuity that now comes built into the Email Cloud plan. Current rates are on the FuseMail pricing page.
